Your personal data is collected in order to allow you to access Internet through Endian hotspot in the premises of the Host, according to the Terms of Service.
The Host is the data controller and it will retain the personal data entered by you for logging-in for the period set by the Host and which in any case may vary from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 3 years. Upon expiry of the set term, your personal data will be automatically deleted.
Your personal data will be processed by the Host and by its representatives, duly instructed and appointed according to articles 28 and 29 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”), and in the event of allegations pertaining to Internet use misconduct, by the competent regulating agencies and authorities according to applicable laws. Data will not be made available to the public and will be kept strictly confidential.
Providing your personal data it is not mandatory, however, if you do not provide the required data for log-in, access to the hotspot will be denied.
Should you log in with a social network account (such as Facebook, Google) some anonymous data on usage metrics will be accessed by Endian S.r.l. of via Ipazia 2, I-39100 Bolzano, (BZ) Italy, P.IVA 02472130216 – Numero REA: 180987.
The captive web server uses only technical cookies, necessary for enhancing the user’s navigation experience during log in, which do not contain any personal data and, therefore, for which your consent is not required according to GDPR.
Instructions for exercising your rights or request cancellation of your data
With respect to the processing of your personal data you have the rights provided for by Chapter III of GDPR: the right to access your personal data at any time, verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or rectification; the right to request the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data unlawfully processed, as well as to object, upon legitimate reasons, to its processing; the right to obtain in a well-structured, commonly used and machine-readable format your personal data, under the circumstances provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to art. 77 of the GDPR.

The company operating the hotspot (the “Host”) is offering you (the “User”) access to the Internet. To keep this service available certain rules have to be followed:
The service may only be used when you are in the premises of the Host. The User agrees not to use the service to endanger public order, security or morality. The User furthermore agrees not to take any illegal actions and not to harass or scare others. The User agrees not to use bandwidth excessively since the service is shared with others.
The operator reserves the right to block devices (such as laptops, notebooks, PDAs, etc.) from accessing the service at any time as well as the right to block IP ports at any time.
The User agrees that the use of the service is at his/her own risk and he/she is solely responsible for protecting his/her device and for the contents posted or published by him/her. The Host is not liable for any errors, malfunction or damage caused by the use of the Internet or by modification of the device by the user. The provider does not warrant that it will be provided error-free and/or without interruptions, or without delays, or that any defects will be corrected within any given time period. Under no circumstances shall the Host be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the service or related documentation.
