Sales, Marketing

The Sales department is the primary direct interface of Endian to the market. The main responsibilities are to engage with potential and current customers, supply information about our technologies and teach our customers and resellers how to use and sell our products. In addition, the Sales department oversees business development, works closely with Marketing to define strategies and helps to manage and define company and product training activities.

  • Solution Engineer

    In order to satisfy the growing demands of our technologies and products, we are looking for a solution engineer.

    The solution engineer provides concrete and documented solutions starting from the customer needs. He is the technical interface of the “Business Unit Sales” for partners and customers. Therefore, it is fundamental being able to describe our technologies in a competent and sympathetic way, both in person and online.

    Endian has two offices in Italy (in Bolzano and in Milano), but we encourage our employees to work some days from home because we believe in Agile Working.

    Main tasks:
    • Conducting client discovery calls with sales team members
    • Conduct webinars and online training courses as needed
    • Meeting with clients to discuss their hardware and software needs
    • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions
    • Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
    • Providing post-installation follow-ups
    • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
    • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries
    • Listen and understand the technical needs of customers and market
    • Stay updated on sales and technical details of Endian’s solutions
    • Monitor the evolution of the market and competitors
    • Support the team and the customers
    • Create technical contents such as texts, presentations and tutorials
    • Designing and installing customized software and hardware solutions for the customer
    • Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing issues
    Skills and experiences
    • Languages: Italian, English, and German (preferred)
    • Project management: Knowledge about Agile Project Management and tools (Atlassian)
    • Systems: Strong foundation in Linux administration, networking and applications
    • Network: Knowledge about Routing, NAT, Proxies, etc.
    • Cybersecurity: Firewalls, Anti-virus, IDS/IPS, etc.
    • System Administration: Linux, Windows and Mac OS X experience
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
    • Programming: Basic knowledge about scripting (Python)
    • Ability to translate technical requirements into business/sales requirements
    • Strong communication (written and verbal)

    • Ability to troubleshoot and, if necessary, to investigate new issues also independently
