
How to Get Endian Support
Just follow these simple steps to ensure you get helpful, timely support for your Endian appliance.
If you purchased from an Endian Reseller or Partner
Please ensure you have your device information including serial number and/or valid maintenance activation code ready and then contact your local Endian Reseller or Partner from whom you purchased your product. If you have difficulty locating this information, please contact your local sales office who can assist you.
If you are an Endian Reseller/Partner or you purchased directly from Endian
Please verify that the system on which you need technical support has a valid and updated Maintenance subscription. If it does, you can contact Endian Support Center by logging a ticket request. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and your request will be processed and followed until the problem is solved.
