Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Privacy Notice for Job Applicants

Before submitting your application, please read this notice. It explains how Endian S.r.l. processes the personal data you share with us when applying for a position.

1.  Data Controller
Endian S.r.l., Via Ipazia 2 – 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy — privacy@endian.it

2.  Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide in your application email and attached CV — typically: name, contact details, education, work experience and skills.

Please do not include special category data (health information, ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, trade union membership, etc.) or criminal record information. Any such data received will be deleted without being processed.

3.  Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is used exclusively to evaluate your application and conduct pre-employment activities. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

4.  Recipients and Transfers
Your data is accessible only to Endian staff involved in the selection process. It is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

Email correspondence is handled via Google Workspace (Google LLC), acting as a data processor on our behalf. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission Decision 2021/914). For further details or a copy of the applicable safeguards, write to privacy@endian.it.

5.  Retention
Your data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the selection process, then permanently deleted. If we wish to keep your CV on file for future openings, we will ask for your explicit consent before that period expires.

6.  Your Rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request rectification or erasure;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it.

To exercise your rights, write to privacy@endian.it.

7.  Voluntary Provision
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we are unable to consider your application.

By sending your application email to Endian S.r.l. you confirm that you have read and understood this privacy notice.
