
Responsibilities
- Design of technical solutions aligned with customer and partner requirements
- Technical contribution to the pre-sales process through analysis of customer needs and definition of appropriate solutions
- Technical positioning and presentation of solutions to customers and partners
- Technical guidance for customers and partners during solution deployment, configuration, and initial setup
- Validation of technical solutions through proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and evaluations
- Technical point of contact for German-speaking customers and partners
- Collaboration with internal technical teams for the analysis and escalation of complex technical issues
- Contribution to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and deployment guidelines
- Collection and communication of field feedback to product management and internal teams
- Contribution to partner enablement and technical training activities in the DACH region
Profile and skills
Technical skills
- Solid knowledge of IP networking (addressing, routing, firewalling, VPN)
- Understanding of network security concepts and secure connectivity architectures
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems and virtualized environments
- Ability to design and present technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Ability to perform configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access solutions
- Experience with IT service management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of ITIL best practices for IT service management
- Awareness of ISO 27001 principles related to information security and operational processes
- 2–5 years of experience in networking, cybersecurity, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales roles
- Fluent German (required) to support customers and partners in the DACH market
- Professional English (spoken and written)
- Italian (spoken and written)
