Your network deserves the best: revamp your old Endian UTM appliance getting a “new generation” model, of same or upper category and take advantage of the Fidelity Discount!
Program Details
- In order to be eligible for the Fidelity Program your Endian UTM appliance must be functioning and running a valid maintenance.
- Trade In: swap your old Endian appliance with a “new generation” model of same class. Your active maintenance will be transferred to the new appliance, free of charge and keeping the same exipration date.
- Trade Up: swap your old Endian appliance with a “new generation” model of upper class. A new Maintenance is required and Fidelity Discount will be applied on it, too.
- Contact your Partner or Endian Salesperson asking for the Fidelity Request Form and wait for authorization number. You will shortly receive a notification email with Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Endian will require at its discretion the return of the used unit or, alternatively, the official waste disposal paper (if provided by your local environmental law).
