If you have an Endian UTM Appliance or Endian UTM Software with an active Maintenance and you have configuration issues  or malfunctions, you can get support at any time just by creating a support case here. A ticket number will be assigned to you and your request will be followed up until the problem is solved.

Direct support is only available for the commercial version of Endian Firewall, not for the community version.

Endian Support Team can connect to your appliance and to your computer (with your permission) in order to solve even the most complicated issues. Live support is available for Advanced Maintenance and for the first 30 days of Standard Maintenance.
