Mail Support
If you have an Endian Firewall Appliance or Endian Firewall Software with an active Maintenance and you have configuration issues or malfunctions, you can get support at any time just by creating a support case here. A ticket number will be assigned to you and your request will be followed up until the problem is solved.
Direct support is only available for the commercial version of Endian Firewall, not for the community version.

Please remember to have your Endian Firewall Serial Number at hand.
Live Support
Endian Support Team can connect to your firewall and to your computer (with your permission) in order to solve even the most complicated issues. Live support is available for Advanced Maintenance and for the first 30 days of Standard Maintenance.
It can be requested through a ticket by email or phone.
