§ Shipping & Returns

Being the ordered items in stock, the goods shall be shipped within 2-3 days from order date. Unless otherwise specified, we will use your billing address as your shipping address.All orders are shipped via TNT Global Express Courrier.

International Customers please read CAREFULLY:
Endian is not responsible for orders after leaving Italy. We are not responsible for Duties and Customs. Before placing an International order, please check with your Government Authorities and make sure that the product you are ordering is Legal in your country. We are not responsible for finding and informing you about your country's Customs regulations. We are not responsible for any confiscations done by your Government for any reason whatsoever. We are not responsible for contacting customs in your country in attempt to locate a package. If your order was confiscated by your government, you will not receive a refund on your order. Please make sure you understand our policies and e-mail us if you have any questions.

§ Return/Refund Policy

Hardware appliances
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds on products with original package only and valid purchase invoice.
No refunds on damaged or partially used products. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping fees on refunds will be at your charge unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. Wrong product).

Software appliances
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of license.

§Hardware Replacement: RMA

In case of hardware failure contact your Salesperson for the RMA form and fill it out. Then wait for the authorization number.

Once you have your RMA number ship the failed unit (together with a copy of the authorized RMA form) to:

If covered by hardware warranty , the shipment cost of the new unit/part will be at Endian's expense.
If you have an active:
STANDARD MAINTENANCE: Replacement service provided after the failed unit is returned.
ADVANCED MAINTENANCE: Hot Replacement service for appliances in warranty. A new unit is shipped as soon as the RMA is authorized.
PREMIUM MAINTENANCE: Hot Replacement service. A new unit is shipped as soon as the RMA is authorized.

DOA (Dead-on-arrival): if your Endian Firewall Appliance is Dead On Arrival you must inform your Sales Representative within 7 days. Please compile the RMA form and wait for authorization. Once you have it please ship the unit back to Endian. The replacement will be arranged shortly afterwards. All shipment cost will be at Endian's expense.

§ Warranty terms and conditions

Hardware Warranty: 1 year from purchase date
Hardware Warranty Extension: By choosing "Advanced Maintenance 3 years" your hardware warranty will be valid for 3 years. By choosing Premium Maintenance your hardware warranty will be valid for the entire product lifecycle.

In order to take advantage of the warranty extention the Advanced or Premium Maintenance must be the purchased from the first year.
