Endian was founded in 2003 by a team of experienced network specialists and linux enthusiasts. Their objective: Providing sophisticated open source based solutions. In 2004 they started the development of Endian Firewall, trying to implement a system that fulfils the requirements of a modern network security solution. Since the first release in 2005 more than 500 customers in 27 countries have decided in favour of Endian Firewall.
